First American Roofing and Siding is an established leader in the exterior residential home remodeling industry in the La Crosse WI area and we are growing! First American Roofing achieves over $3.5 million in sales annually and we are looking for a sales professional who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure quality customer service. Must be highly motivated and eager to learn our process. Experience in the roofing and siding industry is recommended, not a requirement; we are willing to train the right individual.
Like us, this position is local. Our office is located in Holmen, WI and we service the surrounding La Crosse WI area in roofing, siding, windows/doors, insulation, soft washing, skylights, and gutters/gutter guards.
This is a small base salary plus commission position. Compensation for the first year can be $65-$80K, second year earnings can exceed $100K for sales professionals with motivation. Benefits include a company vehicle, cell phone, 3 weeks paid time off, paid holidays and matching retirement plan. Company will provide ladders, gas card and other material needed for sales presentation. Leads will be provided by company as well as self-generating other leads.
