We really strive to be the best we can be for our clients and their families. We were so happy to hear Lynn Lathrop and her husband wanted to share their testimonial and the great experience they had with First American Roofing.
We follow a five-step plan that helps streamline and organize our entire process from the initial call from a client to the final inspection.
Step 1: Contact
Our clients were sitting at home one night, and a pretty intense rainstorm started. They noticed water coming through their ceiling and knew right away this is a BIG problem. They had seen First American out and about in the neighborhood, and don’t live too far from our offices, so they knew pretty quickly who they wanted to call.
If you ever notice your roof needs repair, we can be contacted through our website via the quote form, or email, fax, and phone, anytime. Lynn gave us a call, explaining their situation and we scheduled someone to go up and take a look.
Step 2: Consultation
Paul came out to their property right away to assess the damage and come up with a tentative plan of repair, walking with and explaining every step to the customers. With the water leaking into the ceiling, it was important to not only assess the roof, but the attic and interior – determining insulation would need to be replaced as well. Wet insulation is damaged and can lead to mold growth and poor insulating.
Step 3: Construction
Lynn and her husband raved about our customer service putting them first in everything we did. We want to repair your home and roof efficiently, but without disrupting your entire life. These customers, in particular, were home for the majority of the construction, and with two crews working simultaneously they were impressed with how we completely respected their space and checked in periodically throughout the day to let them know what would be done and how we would do that.
Step 4: Clean-up
We will always leave our locations as clean as it was when we arrived. Aside from your brand new roof that is. We properly dispose of any materials and trash and will ensure your home looks better than it did before it needed repair.
Step 5: Post-inspection
The final step is to check your new roof to make sure that everything is working as it should be and that you are content with your home. We love feedback from our customers like this – it really helps us strive to want to be the best we can be, and to make homes that people love.
Thanks, Lynn, for your kind words, and telling your friends about us. It solidifies our love for doing what we do.
